All of CP Products tooling is specially designed to run films and substrates that are ESD safe (both heavy gauge and light gauge). We offer conductive, static dissipative and anti-static materials to fit your distinctive ESD Packaging requirements. Conductive plastic offers the greatest ESD protection, measuring 10⁴ and is not dependant on atmospherics, however, due to the carbon base can slough. Static dissipative plastic is the most usable of all the ESD related films measuring 10⁹-10⁵ with inherent ESD properties. If you need to minimize the tribo-electric charge buildup, then anti-static is the most cost effective of the ESD thermoformed plastics, measuring 10¹¹-10¹⁰.
