Protect your parts and make money – what a concept!
In reality you are not “making” money, just spending less; In most cases, in
excess of 70% less over the life of the packaging. Costing pennies per trip,

than outlast the production life cycle. This productivity sensitive packaging
effectively eliminates the rejection ratio as a result of damage due to
shipment.

associated with injection molding on OEM parts. Many times the low initial usage
or unsure projections prohibit the startup of many great ideas. With in-house
tooling, pattern making and CAD-CAM design, this cost is greatly reduced while

exhaust discharge covers for missile storage, vacuum forming fits a niche! A
good rule of thumb would be 20% of the startup costs in half the time… how many
more good ideas just became viable!
